I had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the breathtaking Swiss mountains. The location is unbeatable, right next to the train station and conveniently close to the Morteratsch Glacier. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with attention to detail. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

Great location with easy access by public transport. Excellent room keeping service and helpful staff. the hotel offers a fantastic travel card for free transport. the terrace is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The area can be a bit noisy due to heavy foot-traffic. the breakfast room can get crowded.

We had a fantastic stay with great food- the Lamm Haxe was amazing! Breakfast had gluten-free bread and a good selection of cold meats, cheese, and muesli. The hotel has clean rooms, good facilities, free parking, and is right next to the train station and Morteratsch glacier.

Spent Xmas at a hotel near a glacier. Loved the stunning surroundings and excellent location, perfect for outdoor activities. Enjoyed the delicious buffet-style dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the friendly and attentive waiters made our meal even more special. , the family room was very clean and spacious, perfect to accommodate our big family.

Although we enjoyed the breakfast, we missed some variety and wished there were more vegetable options. Plus, the early checkout at 10 am made us feel a bit rushed in the morning.
